Let’s begin with a quote from the famous first lady Eleanor Roosevelt: No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Have there been times in your life that you’ve allowed others to make you feel inferior or less-than in anyway? Did you have parents, teachers or siblings who called you stupid or dumb?
Are you someone who puts yourself down when you’re trying to accomplish something, do a good job or learn something new? Or, are you someone who feels good about themselves and doesn’t let what other people do or say bother you?
If not you can change that right now. You can choose to be a person who feels good about themselves, and knows understands their own self worth.
If that sounds good to you I want you to close your eyes and imagine a screen in front of you. On this screen contains a recipe for a healing that your higher consciousness and the Creator will implement for you around self-worth.
When you’re ready to receive just connect with the screen and make these words your own: Creator, would it benefit me to receive this from you at this time? And now feel, sense or just know your answer.
When you’re ready say YES out loud and feel the energy flowing through your crown and through your whole body.
You did excellent – now make sure to notice how you feel and notice how people treat you differently in the coming week.
